1. Special reminder

1.2. You have no right to use this service unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement. Your actions such as logging in, viewing, downloading, publishing information, and using this service are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
1.3. If you are a minor under the age of 18, please be sure to read this agreement with your parent or legal guardian before using the service, and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.
If you do not accept the revised agreement, you should stop using the software or services provided by VPNMaster.
2. Scope of Agreement
2.1. This agreement is an agreement between you and our company regarding the user's use of VPNMaster services. "User" refers to the person who uses the VPNMaster service, more commonly referred to as "you" in this Agreement.
2.2. The VPNMaster service under this Agreement is provided by users through which users can search, listen to, download and manage music (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
2.3. Users fully understand that VPNMaster’s various platforms and versions of application software only provide related network and software services. 3. User account rules
3.1. In order to better use the services under this agreement, users can register an account, and after registering the account, they will keep the account and password properly, and be responsible for all actions conducted through the account and related to it.
3.2. When registering an account, users should fill in the relevant registration information truly and completely according to the registration prompts, and update the registration information in a timely manner to ensure that the registration information is always true and valid from the time of account registration to account cancellation. status, and shall not contain errors, falsehoods, or illegal content. Any consequences caused by errors, falsehoods, illegality, etc. in the registration information filled in by the user shall be borne by the user, regardless of whether it is made public or not.
3.3. No matter which account registration method the user chooses, the ownership of the user's account belongs to the user. After the user completes the registration application procedure, he only obtains the right to use the account, and this right to use only belongs to the initial applicant. The initial registrant may not donate, borrow, rent, transfer or sell the account or otherwise allow non-initial registrants to use the account. Non-initial registrants may not use the account through donation, inheritance, lease, transfer or any other means.
3.4. If the user fails to perform and comply with the provisions of the agreement when publishing information on VPNMaster's various platforms and versions of application software, in order to maintain the image, credibility, and security of this website, this website has the right to delete relevant information posted by users and take action against violations. Users of the agreement have their IDs blocked and/or are temporarily or permanently prohibited from publishing information on this website, while retaining the right to pursue legal liability of the parties concerned in accordance with the law. In addition, this website will not assume liability for breach of contract or other legal liability to the original publisher after taking corresponding measures such as removal, including no liability for damages caused to the original publisher due to unfounded infringement accusations.
4. Privacy protection
4.1. 5. Software service form
5.1 Software service form
5.1.1 Different software versions may be developed for different terminal devices. Users should choose to download the appropriate version for installation based on actual needs. Users understand and agree that when downloading and installing software on a computer, the software may also contain software versions suitable for mobile terminal devices. When the user's mobile terminal device is connected to the computer, the software version suitable for mobile terminal devices may be recommended.
5.1.2 If the user obtains software or an installation program with the same name as the software from an unauthorized third party, there is no guarantee that the software can be used normally, and we are not responsible for any losses caused to the user.
5.1.3 The user agrees that the software is only for the user’s personal, non-commercial use. Users are not allowed to install, use, or run this software for commercial operations.
5.1.4 In order to enhance user experience and improve service content, software update services will be provided from time to time. This update may take the form of software replacement, modification, function enhancement, version upgrade, etc. After a new version of the software is released, the old version of the software may not be available. We do not guarantee that the old version of the software will continue to be available and provide corresponding customer service. Users are requested to download the latest version in a timely manner.
5.1.5 Unless permitted by law or with written permission, users shall not engage in the following behaviors. Otherwise, we will reserve the right to pursue legal liability in accordance with the law:
(1) Delete the copyright information on the software and its copies;
(2) Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the software;
(3) Use, rent, lend, copy, modify, link, reprint, assemble, publish, publish, establish mirror sites, etc. with intellectual property rights, and use this software and related information to develop derivative products related to it without authorization, Works, services, plug-ins, plug-ins, compatibility, interconnection, etc.;
(4) Copy, modify, add, delete, and hang the software or the data released into the memory of any terminal during the running of the software, the interaction data between the client and the server during the running of the software, and the system data necessary for the running of the software. (5) Modify or forge the instructions and data in the operation of the software, add, delete, or change the functions or operating effects of the software, or operate or disseminate to the public the software and methods used for the above purposes, regardless of whether the above activities are commercial Purpose;
(6) Log in or use software and services through non-developed and authorized third-party software, plug-ins, plug-ins, and systems, or produce, publish, and disseminate the above tools;
(7) Carry out any behavior that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or entering unauthorized servers/accounts; entering public computer networks or other people’s computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying, and adding Store information; attempt to probe, scan, and test the weaknesses of this software system or network without permission, or perform other actions that undermine network security; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this software system or website, intentionally spread malicious programs or viruses, and other Acts that disrupt and interfere with normal network information services; forge TCP/IP packet names or partial names;
(8) Modify or forge the instructions, data, and data packages in the operation of the software work, add, delete, or change the functions or operating effects of the software, and disseminate or operate the software used for the above purposes to the public through information networks;

5.2. Software charging service form
5.2.1 Some services of the software are provided for a fee. If users use paid services, please abide by the relevant agreements. If the user does not agree to use the paid services, he should stop using the services.
5.2.2 The charging standards and methods of paid services may be modified and changed according to actual needs, and some free services may also be charged.
5.3. Advertising service form
5.3.1 Users agree that they may send advertising, promotion or publicity information (including commercial and non-commercial information) to users by themselves or by third-party advertisers in the process of providing services, and the method and scope may be changed without special notice to users.
5.3.2 Provide users with the option to turn off advertising information, but users may not block or filter advertising information at any time in a manner not expressly agreed upon in this Agreement or without our written permission.
5.3.3 To perform relevant obligations to advertisers in accordance with the provisions of the law, users shall judge the authenticity of advertising information by themselves and be responsible for their own judgment. Unless expressly provided by law, users shall not be liable for transactions based on the advertising information or the aforementioned advertisers. We are not responsible for any loss or damage suffered as a result of the content provided.
6. User Code of Conduct
6.1 Users shall not engage in the following behaviors when using the service:
(1) Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that violates national laws, endangers national security and unity, social stability, public order and good customs, social morality, and insults, slanders, obscenities, and violence;
(2) Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that infringes on others’ reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, and other legitimate rights;
(3) Use any corresponding audio or video materials obtained by using this service in a manner that infringes upon intellectual property rights, trade secrets or other legal rights of any party;
(4) Produce, publish, and disseminate software used to steal other people’s accounts and other people’s proprietary information, property, and confidential information;
(5) Without express written authorization, sell, rent, lend, distribute, transfer or sublicense the software and the service or related links or profit from the use of the software and services or the terms of the software and services, regardless of Whether the above use is a direct economic or monetary gain;
(6) Use this "Software" and any music resources in the music content resource library of this service for commercial purposes or conduct profit-making activities without permission;
(7) Fabricating facts and concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;
(8) Publish, transmit, and disseminate junk information;
(9) Use the Software and the Service in any other illegal manner, for any illegal purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with this Agreement;
(10) Engage in other behaviors that violate laws, regulations, policies, public order and good customs, social ethics, etc.
6.2. If the user should strictly abide by the above agreement when using the service, any losses caused by the user's improper use of VPNMaster services to himself, us or other third parties shall be borne by the user. At the same time, users should judge the authenticity, legality and validity of the information content by themselves, and bear all consequences and responsibilities that may arise from the use of such information content.
7. Terms of use for minors
7.1. Minor users are not deeply involved in the world, are easily confused by virtual phenomena on the Internet, are highly curious, and lack the ability to adapt to situations when encountering problems. They are easily exploited by people with ulterior motives and lack the ability to protect themselves. Therefore, minor users should pay attention to the following matters when using this service, improve safety awareness, and strengthen self-protection:
(1) Recognize the difference between the online world and the real world, and avoid being addicted to the Internet and affecting daily study and life;
(2) When filling in personal information, strengthen personal protection awareness to prevent bad elements from causing harassment to personal life;
(3) Under the guidance of a guardian or teacher, learn to use the Internet correctly;
(4) Avoid random meetings or social activities with strange netizens to prevent criminals from taking advantage of the situation and endangering your own safety.
7.2. Guardians and schools should provide more guidance to minors when using this service. 8. Force majeure and other reasons for exemption
8.1. Users understand and agree that in the process of using this service, they may encounter force majeure and other risk factors, which may cause the service to be interrupted. Force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome and avoided and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics and storms, and social events such as wars, turmoil, government actions, etc. . However, we are not responsible for the losses caused to users to the extent permitted by law.
8.2. To the extent permitted by law, VPNMaster is not responsible for service interruption or obstruction caused by the following circumstances:
(1) Damaged by computer viruses, Trojan horses or other malicious programs and hacker attacks;
(2) Failure of the user’s or VPNMaster’s computer software, system, hardware and communication lines;
(3) Improper user operation;
(4) Users use this service in a manner not authorized by VPNMaster.
8.3. The user understands and agrees that in the process of using this service, he may encounter risks caused by network information or other user behaviors. He is not responsible for the authenticity, applicability and legality of any information, nor is he responsible for any infringement. Responsible for any damage caused to you. These risks include but are not limited to:
(1) Information containing threatening, defamatory, objectionable or illegal content from anonymous or pseudonymous others;
(2) Suffer any psychological, physical harm and economic losses caused or likely to be caused by others' misdirection, deception or other consequences due to the use of this service;
(3) Other risks caused by network information or user behavior.
9. Intellectual Property Protection and Statement
9.1. is the intellectual property owner of the software and enjoys all copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights related to the software, except for the rights that the relevant rights holders should enjoy in accordance with the law.
9.2. Without written consent, users shall not implement, utilize or transfer the above intellectual property rights by themselves or permit any third party for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.
9.3. If any disputes arise due to third-party software or technology used in this software, the third party shall be responsible for solving it and shall not bear any responsibility. We do not provide customer service support for third-party software or technology. If users need support, please contact the third party.
10. Liability for breach of contract
10.1. If we discover or receive reports or complaints from others that a user violates this Agreement, we have the right to delete or block the relevant content at any time without notice, and impose sanctions on the offending account including but not limited to warnings, restrictions or bans depending on the circumstances of the behavior. Penalties include using some or all functions, account ban or cancellation. Users have no objection to this.
10.2. Obtaining the right to deal with illegal content based on the above agreement does not constitute our obligation or commitment. We cannot guarantee that illegal activities will be discovered in a timely manner or dealt with accordingly.
10.3. Users understand and agree that VPNMaster has the right to punish violations of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement based on reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal action against any user who violates laws and regulations, and save relevant information and report to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations. etc., the user shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
10.4. The user understands and agrees that the user shall be solely responsible for any claims, demands or losses claimed by a third party due to the user's violation of the provisions of this Agreement or relevant terms of service; if VPNMaster suffers losses as a result, the user shall also be liable compensation.
11. Effectiveness and termination of the agreement
11.1. The right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary. Users can check the latest version of the agreement terms on the relevant service page.
11.2. After the terms of this agreement are changed, if you continue to use the software or services provided by VPNMaster, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you should stop using the provided software or services.
11.3. The service content may be changed, and the service may be interrupted, suspended or terminated.
11.4. It is recommended that users adopt legal means to save the information and data they need. If a user's service is terminated, we may permanently delete the user's data from our servers. After the service is terminated, we have no obligation to return data to users.
12. Others
12.1. The place where this agreement is signed is Beijing, the People's Republic of China.
12.2. The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).
12.3. If any dispute or dispute arises between the user and the user, it should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or dispute to the Qingdao Arbitration Commission for arbitration in Beijing in accordance with its arbitration rules. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties.
12.4. No matter whether part of the terms of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms will still be valid and binding on both parties.
